Confieso que he sido fumador de cigarrillos durante muchos años. Recuerdo que el inicio fue inducido por la costumbre entonces existente: no te hacías mayor hasta que fumabas y ya se sabe el anhelo de ser mayor cuando eres adolescente. Recuerdo lo mal q sabia el tabaco hasta que la nicotina se instalaba en tu cuerpo y periodicamente necesitaba su ración diaria.
Con lo comentado, trato de comprender que no justificar a los fumadores, pobres victimas de la mierda que las multinacionales del tabaco añaden a sus cigarrillos para engancharles a su consumo. Es una verguenza que el Ministerio de Sanidad permita su consumo ¿si está prohibido el consumo de aceite de colza, vistos sus mortales efectos, porque no se hace igual con el tabaco?. Y porque no han empezado con una ley antitabaco más exigente y clara para todos, de un solo articulo "No se puede fumar en ningun lugar público", como se ha hecho en un país tan parecido al nuestro en sus costumbres como es Italia. Y si hay q añadir algo decir que su consumo queda limitado a las paredes de tu casa.
En resumen: mi comprensión que no justificación a los fumadores contaminados o enganchados al vicio, a los que yo considero como victimas de la en este caso "suciedad pública" y más concretamente a los diferentes gobiernos que han propagado primero su consumo(recordad q hace pocos años Tabacalera era una empresa pública)y después no lo han prohibido. Además de los miles de millones de impuestos recaudados por su consumo...¡¡¡¡¡
En fin, espero que la ley antitabaco sea una de las primeras medidas encaminadas a la extinción del malifico habito del humo. Es curioso que el fumar sea más habitual en los paises pobres, donde cada año crece su consumo, al tiempo que baja en los nuestros, de forma que las tabaqueras siguen con sus cifras de negocios intactas o en crecimiento(seguro que financian campañas electorales).
Después de lo comentado está claro que son los Ministerios de Sanidad los resposables de esta lacra y a ellos hay que dirigir nuestros dardos principales.

No es posible ver y disfrutar un concierto si que uno tenga que oler la mierda de los demás atascando tus pulmones, y encima al salir tienes la ropa con un pestazo que obliga a lavarla. Quizás en los festivales al aire libre no pase nada, pero en salas cerradas es asfixiante y una putada para los que no fumamos. Un poco más de educación y un poco más de aplicar de verdad la legislación, que este país es un puñetero cachondeo.

Yo no prohibiría fumar..., pero protegería muchísimo más a los no fumadores..., pues la libertad de matarse de un fumador termina cuando comienza a matarnos a los demás... Por tanto..., que lo hagan en su casita y sin dañar a nadie más..., o como mucho, en sitios especiales y bien aislados, lugares adecuados para los enganchados -dado su elevado número en nuestra suciedad-, pero sólo para el irreprimible vicio momentáneo..., para poder volver luego a estar con las personas que no lo tengan... (por ejemplo: me voy a la sala para fumar..., id pidiéndome el postre que ahora vuelvo enseguida..., que no me aguanto más...).
Es lamentable -penoso- tener que regularlo todo entre nosotros, pero somos así de estúpidos, y sobretodo de irrespetuosos... Pienso que unas nociones básicas sobre respeto y empatía deberían ser enseñadas desde la más tierna infancia.
