Pues aquí en mi país hubo un Congreso Mundial del Agua, que sirvió básicamente para que un montón de calles estuvieran cerradas y aún más imbéciles decidieran protestar contra la privatización del agua, que todavía ni se ha sugerido oficialmente, pero nunca está de más pre-protestar, sobre todo en contra de los sagrados Recursos Nacionales. De propuestas sobre cómo ahorrar agua, ni gota. Pardon the pun, como dicen.
